When can I collect my click and collect order?
Click and collect orders can be collected on the next day during our working days. Please note, our working days are Wednesday to Saturday.
I've picked postal order, when should I expect my order?
When you choose the postal order option, subject to Royal Mail’s service, your order will be sent out the same day and is sent via the track 48 service.
Please note our working days are Wednesday – Saturday, orders outside of our working days will be processed on the next working day.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 28 days in its original condition with proof of purchase.
We’ll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained on this page.
